With a lifelong passion and fascination with fitness and human performance, Blake has over 10 years of experience in the field working with clients. He has earned advanced degrees and recognitions, including a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, a Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and has many additional post-graduate certifications and honors.

In his personal fitness journey, Blake employs many different types of training. Having been a college athlete, Blake believes that everyone has the potential to be lifelong athletes in their own way.
